The story of Casa Nuova is the story of Antonio and Maria. Antonio’s journey begins in Cuba leaving days before the blockade and ultimately landing in Little Italy in NYC. Antonio quickly rose through the apprentice system becoming a master baker and chef. Maria’s family immigrated from Cuba to Chicago in 1966 opening their own family restaurant. Fate brought the two together in Atlanta on a blind date. Learn more about their story, family and the origins of Casa Nuova…
“Farm-to-table” at its heart, means that the food on the table came directly from a specific farm, without going through a store, market, or distributor along the way. At Casa Nuova the food you’re enjoying, comes from the Fundora family farm, just steps away from your table. We are committed to cultivating and sourcing the best possible ingredients.
Casa Nuova has forged relationships with wineries around the world to bring a fantastic selection to your table. Our wines are reasonably priced so let our staff help you find the perfect bottle to complement your dinner selections.
Don’t miss our Monday Wine Night! Every Monday night find a special selection of wines offered at $20 a bottle. It’s a great opportunity to try wines that normally sell at $40 a bottle or more.
Casa Nuova features wines from some of the most famous regions of Italy.
We also offer amazing selections from North and South America.
